Elliot D'Souza, the young author of the Eggy Adventures series has shared his inspiring story with hundreds of children, and is hoping to reach more young people with his presentation about his journey to becoming an author (at the age of eleven).

In addition to delivering author presentations and book readings, Elliot also gears presentations for adults, sharing the importance of storytelling, and how you can effectively tell your own stories.  Adult participants have shared that they were inspired by how classic and relatable Elliot’s story is to them, and rekindled their own childhood memories of storytelling.

Elliot's storytelling method involves Lego photography, which immediately captivates his audiences.  Moreover, he speaks to them at their level by relating his interests and exploring common goals.  He also listens to his audience, designating time for questions as needed.   

Coming from a fellow student, it's easy for children to relate to Elliot's content, since students have commented that it has inspired them to try writing and publishing their own content like him.  Students have also remarked that he made them "realize we can achieve our goals with hard work and motivation," and "never give up."   Kids are always encouraged to see that someone their age can reach so many people.
